Things that are verifiable, because they WILL be verified. Your phone number, must either be a land-line or a cell phone registered IN YOUR REAL NAME. (an anonymous tracfone, etc.will not be accepted. *** Information required: Name, (your real name) Home address, (where your presently reside) Your home phone number, (preferable a land line) and Your current ISP company (all must be up to date and currently in use.) In certain circumstances, additional information (at the staff member's discretion - heh) will be required. Such as where you work, (address, phone number, supervisors name) description (make, model, color) and license number to your automobile, names and ages of other family members, etc. Including other forums you are a member of and your screen names there would also be helpful. *** Most importantly, recent copies of your drivers license, a 30 day old or less electric utility bill, telephone bill, and ISP bill must accompany your application. Not submitting all of the above requirements could result in a delayed approval or even a rejection of your application. *** Not to worry!
